Social harmony and fraternal peace are the expression of free personality and spiritual originality. based upon:

1. The divine pre-eminence of the individual.
2. The will as the determining factor in man's experience.
3. Spiritual fellowship with God the Father.
4. The supreme satisfactions of the loving service of man.
5. The transcendency of the spiritual over the material in human personality.

The true and inner religion unfailingly and increasingly tends to manifest itself in practical avenues of social service.
 

Be the C H A N G E; what the World needs, is spirit unity . We can experience joy in our united dedication to the wholehearted doing of the will God.

We do not have to see alike or feel alike or even think alike in order spiritually to be alike. Spiritual unity is derived from the consciousness that each of us is indwelt, and increasingly dominated, by the spirit gift of God. Communion with God is the foundation and bases of Humanity's Team a world wide fraternity of the brotherhood/sisterhood of man.

Personal faith, spiritual hope, and moral devotion must be correlated in a matchless religious unity of harmonious association with the keen realization of the reality and sacredness of all human loyalties -- PERSONAL HONOR, FAMILY LOVE, RELIGIOUS OBLIGATION, SOCIAL DUTY and ECONOMIC NECESSITY.

A better world, B E I N G   T H E   C H A N G E  you would like to see in the world is a spiritual experience having to do with the enthronement of God in the hearts of men.

While you cannot observe the divine spirit at work in your minds, there is a practical method of discovering the degree to which you have yielded the control of your soul powers to the teaching and guidance of the indwelling spirit of God, and that is the degree of your love for your fellow men.

God is no respecter of persons, races, or nations; that there is no favoritism with the Universal Father; that the universe is wholly and ever law-abiding and unfailingly dependable. Love is the RULE of God and seeking and doing the will of God is the LAW of God.

Humanity's Team must cease to seek for the word of God only on the pages of the olden records of theologic authority. Those who are born of the spirit of God should discern the word of God regardless of whence it appears to take origin.

Divine truth must not be discounted because the channel of its bestowal is apparently human. The Family of mankind can best be realized by acquiring the spiritual attitude of a sincere child. It is not the mental immaturity of the child that is desirable but rather the spiritual simplicity of such an easy-believing and fully-trusting little one. It is not so important that you should know about the fact of God as that you should increasingly grow in the ability to feel the presence of God.

When you once begin to find God in your soul, presently you will begin to discover him in other men's souls and eventually in all the creatures and creations of a mighty universe. But what chance does the Father have to appear as a God of supreme loyalties and divine ideals in the souls of men who give little or no time to the thoughtful contemplation of such eternal realities? While the mind is not the seat of the spiritual nature, it is indeed the gateway thereto.

Humanity's Team Teammates are guided and inspired by the 5 Steps to Peace

• Permit ourselves to acknowledge that some of our old beliefs about God and about Life are no longer working.
• Explore the possibility that there is something we do not understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which could change everything.
• Announce that we are willing for new understandings of God and Life to now be brought forth, understandings that could produce a new way of life on this planet.
• Courageously examine these new understandings and, if they align with our personal inner truth and knowing, enlarge our belief system to include them.
• Express our lives as a demonstration of our highest beliefs, rather than as a denial of them.
